ICRO was founded in 2001 in Australia and renamed ICRO Group Pty Ltd in 2007 (Now trading as ICRO Consulting Group Pty Ltd in Australia). Currently ICRO Group has offices and operations in Australia and China – Melbourne (head office), Sydney, Shanghai, Kunming and Dalian etc.

· 参与和协调了澳大利亚数个大学为中方中高级管理人员提供国际工商管理硕士学位的项目. 

· 策划、参与、实施了中国许多教育机构的英语教师赴澳大利亚专业培训项目，并延伸至双语教师培训项目和学校校长培训项目。

· 帮助多个中国著名大学与澳大利亚著名大学建立了2+2课程连接项目。学生在中国学习完两年课程后，达到以上各所大学要求的学生可赴澳大利亚继续深造，并获得澳大利亚大学学位。

· 策划、参与、实施了建立中国电力行业及该系统下属的职业技术学院与澳大利亚著名国立职业技术学院的国际教育合作平台项目，全面进行中澳职业技术教育的教育资源合作，该项目在中国教育部和人事部的支持下，于2003年4月16日正式启动。

· 策划、参与、实施了其它多个不同技术专业领域的中澳职业技术教育的国际合作项目.

· 自2001年起，承办了中国各系统的高级专业人员、行政专业人员和大中型企业高级管理人员赴澳洲参与国际业务培训和专业考察等各类项目。

· 首次实施了中长期澳大利亚高等教育应届毕业生在中国实习的国际参与项目,并已经形成规模化和持续化.

· 通过与战略合作伙伴联盟，直接参与了中国首批“出国留学中介服务”机构的项目咨询执行业务，现已为数以千计的中国学生赴海外深造学习和移民定居提供了帮助和服务。一些学生目前已进入到世界著名的大学继续升造，实现理想. 有些学生已学成归国谋求个人发展，有些学生已在海外定居，接受新的挑战.

Some of Our Past Work

We have established strong relationships with relevant educational institutions, research institutes, industry organizations and businesses. For many years, in partnership with these organizations, we have completed dozens of projects, allowing us to build an excellent reputation. Some achievements are as follows:

· From year 2001, we have organized numerous teacher and student groups from China, to be in Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and Queensland for training and visiting.

· Participated in Australian universities’ MBA course to provide to Chinese senior executives and managers.

· Designed and facilitated many Chinese English teacher training group to be trained in Australia.

· Helped top quality universities to establish 2 +2 articulation programs. The students who achieve the standard can get Australian degree earlier.

· Helped to design and facilitate CEC (China Electricity Council) program for Australian government vocational education institute to establish the international vocational education platform. The program formally started in April 2003.

· Many other international cooperation programs in vocational education area.

· From year 2001, organized and arranged many Chinese senior executives, management groups and industry experts to explore and conduct training sessions I Australia with their counterpart and relevant industry organizations.

· First time to establish the medium and longer term international internship program in China for Australian tertiary graduates.

· Through the development of strategy alliances, ICRO Group has being directly involved in the first phase of providing consultation and intermediary services for students studying abroad, migration and after-arrival services.
